Hello everyone
I have gained 32 pounds since I joined myfitnesspal 3 years ago. I have been on and off and on and off and off. I seem to be gaining about 10 pounds a year, which averages out to less than 1 pound a month- how it creeps on! I have trouble being accountable unless I have some supportive friends. I need to throw myself into this, log everyday no matter what and just do it. My current goal is to log in and fully report for 90 days. I will take and record my measurements today. Other goals would be to walk the dog for 1 hour a day (on top of other work outs), step dance 15 minutes a day and drink 64 oz of water minimum. I am 47 and don't want to get stuck in that middle aged chubby lady rut. If anyone would like to join me, I can be a good friend.

p.s. I have been donating $40 a month to the gym without using their facilities- crazy! I need to go to the gym 3-4 times a week or cancel my membership. Another goal.
