I just spent an hour at the gym. I did 30 minutes on the bike and it said I went 10.8 miles. I classified this as 30 minutes at 16-20MPH is this correct? The machine I was on did not calculate calories, and I want to be sure I have an accurate count.

That sound right ... weight and age is also taken into consideration ...
Now if it was just me, I would count about 2,000 calories ... :happy:0
