One of my coworkers went out of his way to buy lunch for the office, and got me a blimpie tuna sub because he knew I'm working on losing weight. I didn't want to hurt his feelings by not accepting but its about 200 calories more than I usually have for lunch. Bleh... now I've got about 450 calories left for the rest of the day. :ohwell:

Luckily I still have a ton of my tofu soup in the fridge which is filling and lowcal

Just add a few extra minutes onto your workout, to help balance out those extra calories....

Yeah, I'm going to have to bite the bullet and use one of the aerobics videos I got. I have been lax on working out this week because I'm on call for work (basically stuck in my apartment for the week). But it'll give me an excuse to get started with yourself! fitness again. I love that program.

I know, tuna actually isn't the best choice if it has a lot of mayo. He was being nice, though!

200 calories isn't too bad. Hopefully he isn't this "helpful" every week!

    Have a good weekend!
