have a cold
So I have gotten a cold that is preventing me from my workouts because I have a killer headache, sore throat and I can hardly breath...this is very detrimental to my mindset because I was finally on such a roll with my workouts that I am going crazy not being able to do them until I can atleast breath...I know its in my best interests to let my body recover from this but it terrifies me to think that my not working out for a few days in a row is going to have a negatvie impact on my results...so someone plz put my mind at ease....as long as I stay within my daily calories minus the workouts until I'm better...I should be able to forgo the negative impact.....right???

Your body knows best in most cases. If you are feeling too ill for a strenuous workout just do a bit of walking, it's not going to hurt you in the long run to give your body time to recover from sickness.0
