One of my favorites is to keep frozen fruits in the freezer. Unsweetened. Every grocery store has them, they are inexpensive and you never run out.
I take some from the freezer, spread it on a paper plate and in a minute I am enjoying these thawing, yet frozen treats! Delicious! I like them frozen and at best, partially thawed. Strawberries, Mangos, Peaches, Blueberries, Red Raspberries- they all are delicious frozen little treats! They get too mushy for me thawed, but the Smootihie makers probably would like them! Post your ideas, please!
I love the strawberries. As they are tart, every now and then I sprinkle the tiniest amount to sweetener on them. :flowerforyou:

All those frozen fruits are a good idea for us to try.
I like the old low fat cottage cheese with some pineapple chunks (no heavy syrup). I also enjoy the occcasional 90 calorie, Fiber One Lemon bars.0 -
I just recently discovered 'baked, salted Kale chips'! I am not keen on fresh Kale, but those salted kale chips are something else! I also like to make my own Hummus and dip cucumber chips in it!!
Kale chips:
10 oz Kale rinsed and dried
1/2tsp Kosher or Sea Salt (I add more)
Cooking spray-non stick
Remove and discard thick stems. Tear/cut leaves into large pieces. Spread on single layer cookie sheet (2 sheets).
Spray leaves with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt. Bake 12 minutes at 350 F, but not browned!0 -
Sold. I ail try it!0
