Hi! I just started today and I am really excited. I went through a divorce almost 2 years ago and I slowly started gaining weight.....almost 60 lbs! Yikes! I am determined to get back into the 130 range again so I can wear all the stuff on the right side of my closet....not the left! I have 2 children and work 50 hours a week at a sedentary job. I have started going back to the gym and walking on my break at work.
My best friend is getting married next year and I want to feel confident as her bridesmaid.
If anyone has any tips they would like to share, I would appreciate it.

One of the hardest problems I have at my job is not going out to eat. That's how I put all my weight on in the first place. The good thing about MFP is a lot of people are willing to lend a helping hand, and will lead you in the right direction when you go off course. I wish you success in your weight-loss goals.0
