Just started my transformation

Recently I have gained 20 lbs and my body does not match the woman inside. I have stressed over how to make the change. I started working out over a year ago to see no weight lose, only weight gain. Problem - lots of stress eating.

Today I have started to track my Calories. I am looking forward not only to the change, but also for the first time - I am looking forward to the process.
