You can do this! I have over 100# to lose and MFP is one of my keys to success. I'm lucky to have motivated friends who are helping me get to my healthy weight goal. My advice is to accept this will take time, to log EVERYTHING because holding yourself accountable is key and to exercise. I've started by walking, now doing elliptical and signed up for a 5k in October. Big goal but I need big goals to stay motivated. :glasses:
