    I would love to join! I am starting my second week today and just finished week 2 day 1 cardio! 436 calories burned in only 25 min! I absolutely love this workout! And I know I'm getting better in donating Shaun more instead of the modifier!

    I started on 5th too but haven't had opportunity to get access to internet till today. Anyway, I'm loving it, though so far found Tuesday (Speed 1.0) the hardest - it took nearly 2hrs for me to cool down and get back to a normal colour. I like the fact that we are encouraged to weigh and measure ourselves each week to keep track of our progress, keeps me motivated.

    I started the Beta phase on the 5th but would love to be part of this group for support and motivation.

    I am 34 mom of 2 girls 4 and 2 years old. I've always worked out but was looking to ramp up my workouts and hopefully change my body.
