Now surly something so good has to be bad for me right?

Now 11g of fat people will go ohhh no! But its animal fats, which is good for you! (Compared to various other fats for example vegetable or olive oils as your body is designed to break them down) And i griddle panned mine and got rid of most of the fat!

Seriously people get to lidl and get some kangaroo steaks!

Now that's a very debatable point!

I probably should have said it differently, but what i mean is, it is better for you than for example olive oil as your body is designed to break down animal fats - to be honest with the over all protein in it, it counteracts the fat content in my opinion :) Not only that the saturated fats are very low :)

In Australia, McDonald's only serves kangaroo meat because there are no cows
