Building Muscle..

Ok, so I've reached my goal weight and now I would like to start putting on some more muscle so I don't look so lanky... I don't wanna look like a body builder or anything.. but I'd like some more muscle in my legs and my boo-tay area.. or at least TRY for some ;-)
My question is..Do I need to add anything to my diet for this to happen? I hear of people taking protein shakes and whatnot, and I already go over in protein everyday.. but is it enough? My diary is public, so feel free to browse through.. and yes, I'm an epic fail when it comes to sugar, but I'm working on it ;-P
Thanks!

Protein is the basic building blocks of muscle, so consuming extra protein (especially if you are trying to build up your muscle mass) is generally a good idea.

If you are already over your allowance already you probably don't need to add anything like a protein shake but it would depend on how actively you persue your muscle building as to how much your body will be needing to keep up with you!
