Natural? Organic? WTF???

So I need a little guidance on how to properly log some of my foods. All of my fish (salmon, halibut, tuna, etc) is caught and frozen by my parents so there is nothing added to them and is 100% natural/organic or whatever you want to call it. How do I know that I am logging this properly? I also get honey from them. Is it best to pick a listing labeled natural or organic? I just want to make sure I am picking the best one. Thanks!

just put 'generic' and make sure you measure properly.

Natural or organic has more to do with preservatives than nutrition for the purposes of logging. Just find a good generic version and use that. You might be able to find a USDA version as well. Look for one with a lot of user confirmations; they are more likely to be accurate. Make sure you weigh out portions accurately (preferably with a food scale).

Use wild, which generally will have less fat content than farmed.

I would choose "wild caught" when logging fish, and "raw honey", if it were me.

I have a food scale and weigh all of it out. It's more just the choosing of which entry. Some of them vary greatly and being I know this food has gone from the ocean to my freezer (so wasn't fattened up on a farm or stuffed with preservatives) I just want to make sure I'm picking the most accurate one.
