Kettlebell Question

Hello! So I am a bit new to using a kettlebell, but I wanted to incorporate some exercises into my daily routine. I've been doing some exercises that I found in some articles from Women's Health Magazine.
I had two questions for any fellow MFP users:
Do you have any good resources to recommend where I can find good exercises to do with my kettlebell?
Second, this might seem like a stupid question, but generally speaking, how can I tell when it might be a good idea to try moving up to a heavier kettlebell?

Hi. I would try the Kettlebell forum for some suggestions on exercises and videos. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/146-enter-the-kettlebell
I don't think that is a stupid question about when to move up in weight. I take classes and we uses a variety in class depending on the exercise. Yesterday, for instance, my bell varied from 10-20. I just gauge my bell weight changes like I would with weight machines or free weights, when it feels to easy I bump it up.0 -
