Moving In

*waving hello* I think I am going to move in here now. I've lost 22 lbs in the past 18 mos, having gained and lost 5lbs a few times in that period. I will be focussing on recomp and starting NROLFL in a few weeks. I'm 5'5", 110 with a wee bit of a baby belly left.

I've been sick with gastro this weekend, and the weight loss from not eating has really hammered home the need to go into maintenance.

I'd love any suggestions or advice for the transition. Admittedly, it has me a bit nervous.

My BMR is around 1250 and I'm thinking of following the NEAT approach (around 1500 for me) eating back exercise cals.
