    Ditto, my little surprise just turned 1 last week and I am already 6 lbs lighter than my initial goal back then was though. Don't let a fear like that stop you!

    OP can either only engage in intercourse with women (ones who do not have male genitalia ) , have a strict anal only policy OR get an abortion if unwanted pregnancy happens
