I found the myfitnesspal app when playing with my droid phone. I downloaded it today and found it to have a very complete database. I am looking to lose a few more pounds (about 10) and hope I can use this site to help me get there. I have already started loading my normal diet into my food tracker for next week.

If anyone has any good ideas for low calorie lunches or dinners, please pass them my way!
