Suicide Prevention Walk

Hi everyone,

I know I am still kind of new here, but I wanted to let you all know that I am doing a walk for Suicide Prevention this Saturday. My Dad committed suicide when I was 9, so this cause is super important to me. I also know many other families have been affected by suicide, and recently the news has covered a lot of bullying-related suicides.

Great for you to put yourself out there! I think that suicide is still one of those taboo subjects for people to talk about or it over shadowed by some other issue. My husband's cousin recently ended his life leaving everyone that loved him so confused and feeling helpless. If there is a walk in my area I'd love to know about it.
