Weight loss at a stand still..

I've been dieting for over a year now on and off.. I've done slimming world n got stuck at a weight and this year I started counting calories and now I'm stuck again.. I literally go up and down between 10st and 9st 9 but can't get past it. Does anyone else have this problem? I don't eat white carbs and keep brown to a minimum, I have at least 100g protein a day by food n protein shakes, meals are salad and meat or veg and meat. I exercise at least 4 times a week doing 30 day shred, jogs, bike rides, gym and walks. But I do have a cheat day at the weekend.. Can be the cause of it? I also work in an office and can end up drinking over 3 litres a day.. Can you drink too much water?

I do feel like I'm toning up but I have a lot of fat around my hips and lower belly that I want to shed. Can anyone suggest anything?

Thanks in advance ::)

    Depending on how close to your TDEE you're eating and how big your cheat days are, yes, they could be wiping out the deficit you're creating through the week.

    Are you currently logging your food?

    Would you be comfortable opening your diary for us?

    How many calories are you eating?

    How are you measuring your portion sizes? Are you using a food scale, measuring cups/spoons, or eyeballing your portion sizes?

    Are you eating back any of your earned exercise calories?

    If so, what method are you using to estimate your calories burned? MFP, gym machine estimates, or a heart rate monitor?
