Hello

I have 50 plus lbs to lose. My SW was 254 on on 2/17/14, CW 233 and GW 200 for now. I want to set goals in small increments of 5 to 8 lbs per month rather than focusing on a large amount. I exercise 4 x a week for an hour. I have osteoarthritis in my left knee and the 21 lb weight loss has made my knee less painful but it still hurts. I am looking for friends and support.
