Need Some Motivation!

I am not new to MFP, but I have been on again/off again. I have managed to stick with diet and exercise for 3-5 weeks each time and lose 12 lbs. each time. Somehow I can't get past that 12 lb. mark and fall off the wagon. I have a bad eating day or 2 and it's all down hill from there. I can't seem to get myself back until I have managed to gain most of the lost weight back. I restarted T25 today and re-measured and re-weighed. I am 5'4" and 164.2 lbs with 35% body fat. My goal is 135 lbs. I need some more support and some people to keep me in check.

    You can do it! at least you don't need to lose 100 pounds like me!
