anyone have the Gastric Sleeve Surgery?

I'm looking into this and just started the process, get my 6 month testing started on Thursday (insurance). any pros and cons would be great. I'm 30years old was 305 pounds last month now sitting at 290lbs been spending a lot of time in the gym and trying to keep up with a diet. I'm always hungry though and sometimes feel like I'm starving myself to lose weight so I was looking for a way to help me lose 100-130lbs? thanks for any info much appreciated.
