Saggy butt..help?

I'm 25, and always had a nice, round butt through my teens and early 20s. I got pregnant last year and gained about 50 lbs. I lost the weight fairly quickly and am back down to my normal weight (although I'd like to lose about 10 more pounds). But my bum is so flat now! I don't know if it was the rapid weight gain and loss due to pregnancy, or maybe muscle loss (I had to be fairly inactive at the end of my pregnancy due to high blood pressure) but my nice butt is definitely gone. I'm also slightly 'jiggly' everywhere even though I'm fairly thin. How can I get my butt back? I can't afford a gym membership so I can't do anything fancy. I walk a lot and that's my only current exercise.

    Squats.

Seriously, that's the only secret to a better butt. You don't need any equipment to do them, but doing 50+ body weight squats can be boring. Try holding something heavy and doing some squats. Anything heavy will do as long as you can hold it.

You can even try the program at twohundredsquats.com. It's basically a workout regimen that gets you up to doing 200 bodyweight squats in a row. I think it's really boring and always quit on it, but if you do it while watching TV or something it may help!

Maybe I'm doing them wrong, but when I do squats I don't feel them in my butt. I feel them more in the front of my thighs. Should I be feelin them more in my butt?

You need to go lower than 90' knee bend when your *kitten* gets lower than your knees your glutes will start to work.

Using my elliptical at the steepest incline has done a lot for my butt.
