How much cardio do YOU incorporate into your workouts?

Hey everyone! Hope you all are having a good day :smile:

I am currently strength training 4x a week with no cardio involved whatsoever. Haven't shed a pound, but I'm feeling better and stronger so I guess that's what really matters!

Looking for thoughts/opinions, how much cardio do you think is needed to achieve weight loss?

Was thinking about joining those group cardio classes 2x a week at my gym, not sure if it is too little to make a difference though!

As a side note, I just switched from MyNetDiary to MFP, how do I make/add friends on here? (Haha)
