Trying to track parts of my workout on MFP

Hey everyone. I'm looking for input on how I should log a specific part of my workout. Most of the things I do were already present but I'm not sure what to call this or how it is effecting me. This is the workout.
3 sets of:
1 minute of step ups carrying a 25lb weight plate
15/12/10 of 25lb weight plate toe touches
3 sets of
15/12/10 squat twists with an 8lb medicine ball
1 minute of holding myself up in a pushup position, but with my front elevated on a step
10 squats holding onto a ledge, then pulling myself up with arms
tried to describe these as best as possible... I know I sweat pretty intensely from this (especially the pushup position) so I figure I should probably count it as something?
