My advice? Keep on with what you are doing (tracking, not guessing), and a couple days after old Aunt Flo is gone, check in and see how you feel. If you are anything like me, you will feel kind of silly for going off, thankful for people who took your concerns seriously and answered them, and rejuvenated by all the people pulling for you!

It's super easy to get discouraged! I totally get that way sometimes too. One thing I can say about being lethargic or not having any energy is to make sure you are eating protein and carbs! There are healthy carbs out there! And don't just eat three meals a day; keep eating little things throughout the day. Make yourself little snack packs of cut up vegetables, hardboiled egg, cubed grilled chicken etc.
Also, keep thinking positively! You will start feeling better in no time!0
