Monday binging

I'm not sure why, but Mondays seem to be my unintentional "binge day", where I want to eat everything in sight! Anyone else have a certain day/time when they're more prone to over indulging?

Can be anytime for me. My strategy is to not buy the stuff I might binge on so there's nothing like that to eat in my house. I pack up all my food and take it to work so I have no excuse to grab something extra--I always have something to satisfy me. Usually works pretty well.
My thought process is, why would I get upset about something and binge? I don't want to punish my body because of some external factors--that won't solve anything except make me feel worse down the road.
My advice is to eliminate what you binge on, but more importantly figure out why and eliminate the need. Binge eating is often emotional eating--we're not cave people needing to binge to stay alive. Find other ways to respond to the emotions behind the binging and the binging will go away.0 -
This last week every day has been a binge day for me. Haha...=( but mainly for me it seems to be Saturdays when I ant to eat all day long. It's awful.0

Back when I was working (I am doing a stint of being a SAHM) monday was my binge day too. I just ate to get through the day. By Tuesday I was back in my work groove that I didn't need so much (although I was packing on the pounds so my eating wasn't that great even if I wasn't binging).0
