Exercise app

okay I weigh almost 300 lbs and I am trying to find an app that will tell me what exercises I need to do and when each week?

    I don't know of any apps, but I don't think you need one. Just walk outside, or try some videos online. YouTube has a great selection of free workouts. Modify them for your level. If you have a gym membership try different machines there.

    ^^ This. You don't need anything fancy, you already have your motivation and taking on too much extra stuff can be demoralizing in the long run. Remember that as long as you are consuming less calories than you burn you are guaranteed to lose weight whether you exercise or not (which is not to say that exercise isn't important, it is, but people think that weight loss is the direct result of exercise when that actually isn't the case).

    Try to work in a bit more incidental exercise - parking a few streets from the shops, dancing around to music while doing chores, then work in an aerobics video from YouTube a couple of times a week or something. You'll find that it will add up.
