Hi All ! My first day and I'm pumped!

Hi everyone!
I have been studying over the past 18 months and have stacked on the weight…I love to snack whilst studying!!
So I started watching what I was eating a week ago and have dropped 2 kg!!
As of today I have started the 5:2 Fast Diet..after hearing a heap of good things about this one!
Has anyone else ever had any good results from this diet?
I have about 10kg to lose to get back to my pre study size! Wish me luck!…and Will Power!
