A friend of mine suggested this to me and I thought I would give it a try.....I am currently in a fun weight loss competition with a group here in my home town. I have currently lost 15 lbs in the last 5 weeks, but it's seems like it has really started to slow down and I'm getting frustrated.....i'm hoping for another 10-15 lbs by the end of our competition which is on Dec 8th. As active as I am and as hard as I'm trying, i'm really starting to wonder if I have started not eating enough calories and that has been what has slowed me down. Hopefully I will get some good tips on here and start seeing some good results again soon.
