Good morning,
Why is my fitbit taking away burned calories?

Same question here. I got a new fitbit flex and it is synced with MFP. I had calories left over the other night and closed with "She was under her calorie goal". I put the fitbit to sleep tracking mode and went to sleep. The next morning I open MFP and suddenly I had obviously eaten more than my calorie goal. Not much, but it still was kind of weird....
Does the fitbit calorie tracking in MFP assume that you are staying as active as you were for the rest of the day?0 -
You have negative calorie adjustments enabled. Go into your settings and disable it if you don't want Fitbit to take away calories.0
