Tonight's dinner - zippy yams and bok choy

I got this recipe off of an iPhone app - 21 day jumpstart vegan. I'm not trying to go vegan, just need to incorporate more vegetables in my routine, and this thing has helped with that a lot. Trying to have meat as the "side dish" instead of the main thing.

2 small yams cut into bite-sized chunks
1 onion sliced
2 large garlic cloves
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp thai chili paste
2 small heads bok choy
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Hoping it's good tonight.

Anyone have other main veggie dishes?
