Has anyone done back to back sessions of Ripped in 30 or any similar at home workout DVD? I was thinking of doing the dvd up to the cool down and then starting again from where the workout starts (skipping the 2nd warmup) and redoing the 20 minute circuit. I love the shorter workout most of the time but sometimes want to go a little longer.

    I've done two different workouts, like RI30 followers by Power Yoga. I'd suggest that or doing level 1 followed by level 2 of RI30 instead of doing the same level again. Generally I run 3-6 miles before doing a Jillian DVD.
