Paleo + Keto?

Does anyone have experience eating a ketogenic version of the paleo lifestyle?

I've eaten Paleo for about a year and a half now, and in an effort to shed the last 10 or so pounds of fat, I've adopted a more ketogenic version, with about 85% fat, 10% protein, and 5% carbs.

I've found that this means I'm mostly eating coconut oil, kerrygold butter, avocado, macadamia nuts, homemade mayo (with olive oil), eggs (lots of yolks) and small amounts of fatty meat and fish (like salmon). I eat small amounts of broccoli, asparagus, and leafy greens too.

I run 3 days a week (training for soccer) and weight train every other day for 30 minutes or so.

Has anyone found success eating this way?
