Just remembered this question when I saw the post about where does fat go when you get smaller. So a few people are like you lose it in carbon dioxide.
For years I have noticed if I weight myself on the way to bed, and then weigh myself immediately after I get up no bathroom trip I weight 1-4 pounds less.
Is this water evaporating off my body, I don't think I sweat much but idk, obviously Im asleep but sheets are dry lol. Whats the deal with this?

the average person eliminates about 1.2 liters of water in urine each day, and also eliminates about 1 liter a day through perspiration and respiration. That's 2.2 kilograms (almost 5 pounds) of weight fluctuation happening throughout the day!
