3 short workouts a day/ instant family of 4 with weight gain

Hey Y'all, My name is Cooper and I am Southern Belle from Louisiana/ Alabama who found true love and now lives in small town Kansas. I know Kansas? But hey I lived 4 miles from the beach and was depressed. I live in Kansas and am the happiest except for the weight gain) that I have ever been.
I originally lost 40 pound using MFP shortly after divorcing an emotionally abusive spouse and starting over with absolutely nothing, including housing, car, etc. I picked myself off got back on my feet and got in shape. Then I met the most amazing family. A family I have called my own almost a year and half now. Well it was easy to lose weight when you don't keep bad stuff in the house. I now cook everyday, keep stuff in the house for my thin guy and my two pre schoolers. In the process of being happy I gained back 36 pounds. I need to get back in the grove, its just so hard with a 3 and a 5 year old to find the time. So I have been trying low carb, didn't work etc. Even knowing I was going on a cruise to Jamaica and being seen in a swimsuit couldn't stop my out of control weight gain and lack of exercise. Jamaica was great. Family pics were great except OMG how did I get so big again? So here I am on MFP again. I have decided to try and workout 3 times a day in short duration. I have read that this actually is better than longer workouts. And hey I can fit a 15 minute walk before work after I get to the office, I can fit another one in at lunch, and well I have zumba dvds and they have a 20 minute program, plus I have a Swiss ball routine. So this is my attempt to get it back and be sexy for my new guy. Anyone else want to try the three mini workouts a day with me?
