1st round of Insanity done!! Insane!

I started out my journey at 164 (probably more, though) and did alpha round of T25. I went straight into Insanity from T25 and it paid off! The before pics are day 1 of Insanity and the after pics are the last day! (63ish days). I ended at 146 pounds. I'm 5'5.
I began my 2nd round of Insanity today!! As Shaun T would say, dig deeper!!

Wow! You look great! I wish i could do insanity or t25 but my knee hurt too much with all that jumping. But really congrats in your results

Well done on completing Insanity!
I did it myself - it was tough!

I'm going through it again starting next week with a buddy of mine who is wanting to get in shape!

I first finished it in November and since then all I've done is gain fat, not good!

You got to remember..

Outstanding results!! This is great motivation as I am 164 lbs as well. I start week 2 tomorrow. I have been so discouraged, cause I have done this before and gained 8 lbs. I hope to see the results this time around. Thank you for posting this. It was much needed

Congrats! Way to push yourself to the end of Insanity. I'm currently doing the opposite by doing T25 after I completed Insanity. Your results are awesome! Way to go!

I recommend taking a 3-4 week break before doing a next round. The break can be another workout plan if you like. I did insanity back to back for a year and at the end of the year I went to a doctor and he said I almost have no cartilage in my knees any more. Insanity is great but it will ruin you if you do to much of it.

Anyway, at the end of the day it is your body though so do what ever you want lol. Cheers!

Wow good job! I'm just starting my last week. I've only lost about 10 lbs or so, but I've definitely firmed up a lot. I'd believe it about the knees. Not sure what to do with myself when it's over?
