Figuring Out a Workout Schedule

I just recently started working out a again and am trying to use the classes at my gym.
I really enjoy both Zumba and Yoga and each has class twice a week for one hour each.
I am also trying to start running again and using weights a little bit.
I think that I am overextending myself though. I feel like I've been spending too much time at the gym and I've been pushing myself too hard too quickly. (I only started working out again about a month ago.)
Currently, I do Zumba on Monday and Saturday. Yoga on Tues and Thurs and intervals of jogging and brisk walking afterwards for about 30 minutes. On Wednesdays, running and weights. I also do weights before class on Saturday.
Do I need to go more often and cut down what I do each time? Cut down on classes? Should I keep the same schedule I'm doing now and just suck it up?

Keep doing what you're doing if you enjoy it; don't have any injury or fatigue issues; can afford it; it's not negatively affecting your work/home life, it's working in terms of weight loss and/or fitness!
ETA: Don't forget that your weight loss/fitness program has to be sustainable. You've been at it for a month which is pretty good going (most people give up on average after 3 weeks) but if you're worried that you're spending too much time in the gym then cut back, simple.0 -
Am I reading correctly that you are running three days in a row? You might consider alternating run days.0
