Bloating after exercise?

Hey this topic may have been answered but I haven't actually found any answers on the search I did, so I figured I would ask my question.

It seems as though after I exercise more so cardio, like today I walked for 15 min on a 3.5 speed and a 1 incline, and I also did 15 min of strength training (for mow the machines at the gym) and everytime for the past few weeks I change back into my work clothes and my pants are tighter. Is this normal and will it stop? I know it's just bloat and I do keep on top of my water intake usually drinking anywhere from 10-14 glasses depending on the day. It is such a frustrating feeling putting the jeans back on and them being tight after having a good workout where I feel really good until those pants get buttoned. Any advice or info?

    I used to have the same problem! I started using a cleansing supplement that keeps you from being bloated (anytime). Also gives you a ton of energy and helps burn fat. :) Make sure to drink lots of H20!
