Hello! I started T25 yesterday and am wondering if anyone would like to share their success stories?? And did you follow the meal plan or do any of the shakeology or any of that other stuff they recommend, or just the workouts? Any and all help/encouragement/tips appreciated

I'm in the middle of it (last week of Alpha phase) and have been using the nutrition guide as just that, a guide and I've definitely been using Shakeology (but I've been drinking it for over a year so it's a bit of a given). A good friend of mine had AMAZING results with the program, guide and Shakeo - she even won the daily Beachbody Challenge with her results.
You really won't get any results without focusing on your nutrition so regardless of if you use the recipes in the guide, I HIGHLY suggest following the nutrition guide!

I did T25 last June. Since I wasn't really trying to lose to much more weight, I only lost 1-2 more pounds. My arms and legs grew about 1/2 an inch and I had shaved a minute off of my 5k time. I love shakeology and have been using it for almost a year now. I can not imagine a day without it to be honest. I have more energy, less illnesses than I have ever had. I did T25 after completing Insanity for the second time, think it would be easy, but the intensity was still there for a 25 min workout. Good luck!0
