Hi, I have pretty much no friends on here so some people that are also trying to gain muscle mass would provide some good motivation.

    Jesus I thought I was skinny! Well good news for u is your young and are still growing! So if u want to take it seriously you are at the best point to maximise potential and take it forward as a lifestyle choice!

    I'm not expert but listen to whoever responds! I'm 30 and just starting to try what ur trying! Wish I started at 16! Good luck !

    Yeah, and have very low body fat percentage so no need to cut, just add muscle mass. I am well defined, just need size.

    Yup!! And when you think you've eaten enough food, have some ice cream! Then eat some more....day after day, rinse and repeat. Oh, and pick up some heavy things and put them down.
