TDEE Exercise Level

I typically work out 5 days a week. Some weeks I do 6...but usually I do 5.

According to my heartrate monitor, I burned 670 calories at Spin followed by a circuit training class on Sunday. Last night I burned 523 at kickboxing. Not all days are like that, but very few days burn under 400 calories- most days are between 400-700.

So when I put my info into TDEE, I put in 5 days a week for exercise. The issue- I am really effing hungry right now. With those calorie burns, should I be plugging in 5 times/week (*intense)? Or just stick with regular old 5 times/week?

Any input would be appreciated!
