How often to track BF% and measurements

For those of you that track these things:

Searching through the old topics, I saw someone say not to track BF% more often than every 6-12 weeks. Is this the general consensus here?

How about measurements - weekly? Biweekly?

I've lost quite a bit, but my final goal will depend more on body composition than the number on the scale, so I'm starting to track BF% and measurements as well.

    I almost never check my BF%, but I do measurements every friday before my workout.

    I weigh myself almost daily but my trainer checks my body fat, measurements, and weights every 4-5 weeks.

    Body measurements and BF% I do monthly on the first of the month.

    I do BF% every 7-14 days in bod pod.

    Weigh in weekly, measurements and progress pictures monthly. I've found if I do either more often than this I start obsessing about them.
