I had to share this because of how filling and tasty this was. This is really the first time in my 2 months on MFP that I can say "I'm full".

4 oz. Ground turkey (I used Jennie-O)
1 large bell pepper
Chopped onion
Garlic powder
1 ozShredded Cheese
Pre heat oven at 400°
Brown your ground turkey in a skillet over medium high heat
Chop your desired amount of onions and add them to skillet
Season with garlic powder

Cut bell pepper into two pieces length wise and remove stem and seeds
Put 1 oz of turkey in each half, followed by half oz of the cheese, add rest of turkey to each half and top with rest of cheese

Put on a pan and bake for 35 minutes
4oz ground turkey- 170 Cal
8.6 oz bell pepper- 46 Cal
1oz shredded cheese- 110 calories

Only 326 calories without the onion and garlic. I left those out for you to decide how much you want to use.
This is my first time putting a recipe on here so if I messed up somehow let me know!
