...or are they? (can you feel the suspense?)

I had a little "realization" that I thought was funny. Maybe you will, too.

A common bit of advice for dieters is to "stop drinking your calories," such as sodas and rich coffee drinks, because they're "less satisfying" than solid foods. Okay, sounds reasonable.

Another common bit of advice is to have more soups, because "the water makes them more filling and satisfying."

So the real question is: if I call this beer a "soup," does that make it more filling? Am I a wizard?

    My smoothies and soups have more filling fiber and protein than a frappacino or soda. That being said, I'm getting one of those magical soups you mentioned.
