I know its probably already been asked, but does anybody know of a good exercise (or two) to tone up, what my partner calls my "tuckshop lady" arms??

Anything that works the triceps will tone up that area. Popular exercises are Bench Dips (http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Triceps/BWBenchDip.html), dumbbell tricep extensions (http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Triceps/DBTriExt.html) and cable pushdowns (http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Triceps/CBPushdownRope.html)

weight training with heavy weights. Press ups, pull ups etc

Anything that uses your arm muscles plus cardio to burn the fat from them.

I have always had flabby arms but they are improving from doing Insanity and I am no longer ashamed of them. I still have a way to go but can see a big difference.

agree, pushups, dips, tricep extentions. I'm a flabby arms also, my best friends call me (turkey arms).

The flabbiness is more excess fat than lack of muscle, so any fat loss regimen will remove the flabbiness of arms in time. Your body decides where to take the fat off, but it's important to note that every healthy human being has some jiggle in their tricep area when their arm is extended outward. Relaxed muscles will jiggle, and a relaxed muscle is a healthy muscle.

But yes, muscle building exercises are a good idea to get muscle definition and raise your overall metabolic rate, which will aid in burning fat.

I've lost 24 pounds and am noticing the same thing. I see on Biggest Loser that even though they are eating a healthy diet and working out 6 hours a day they still end up with the flabby skin; especially on their arms. I am hoping that losing it slower will help the skin have time to rejuvenate and catch up to the fat loss. Also, I think eating the kinds of foods that help elasticity in the skin. Anyway, I'm just guessing but it can't hurt to lose slowly and eat healthy.
