Lots of questions- 15% battery. Fast help?

I have several questions, but if you can help me out with any that would be great!

1. Do you have any go-to healthy foods that you can turn to when you are feeling a craving for something less than healthy?
2. Any exercise routines that do not require any equipment and can be done inside?
3. Any tips for losing weight- how did you avoid the temptation of going overboard of junk food when you just really wanted it?
4. How important do you weigh drinking 8 glasses of water a day? Do you think it really contributes to weight loss?

Thanks for the help!

Jumping Jacks, Crunches, Yoga, Meditation (Deep BReathing), Planks are all good "exercises" that can be done indoors and require no utensils ;) Hell, if you can even "jump rope" inside without a jump rope, just pretend your holding one ;)

Self control was my biggest help in losing weight, and honestly, working out.......in the beginning, I was working out twice a day, before work (on an empty stomach, then had a post workout protein breakfast shake on the way to work), then after work, roughly 2-3 hours a DAY.....and that's what really kick started my weight loss.

I'm not a big fan of snacking between meals......but have been reading more and more into it......now I pack a bag of peanuts, a banana, apple, orange, etc.....for my "snack" between meals.....that keeps me on track so I don't overfill myself when I do sit down to eat.

I really only eat 2 primary meals.......though I do have 1 or 2 light snacks in between.......typically between my breaks at work.

Biggest thing, if you're working, bring your own snacks, so you're not confined to the work junk food machine! That was my biggest killer, the snack machine at work.......I've saved so much money since starting this site ;)

The only time I really eat potatoe chips and such, is at parties, maybe every 2 months......

    1. Light string cheese and Danon Light & Fit Greek yogurt are my go to snacks. If I want something crunchy I add unsalted slithered almonds to the yogurt.

    2. When I don't go to the gym, I stream workout videos on Amazon Prime. There is a huge selection.

    3. Good luck with this one - it took me months to get into the swing of things. I read a couple of books by Geneen Roth such as "Breaking Free from Emotional Eating". These really helped since I was an emotional eater.

    4. Lots of water. My trainer told me at least 96 oz per day. I was doing 70-80 oz per day and at my last check-in, I was dehydrated.
