After 3 months of toying with my calories, macros, TDEE, BMR, whatever else you could possibly obsess over, I finally have some measurable results.
I have been at a standstill on the scale for 5 weeks, gaining, losing, maintaining the same 3-5 pounds I started with. And I was not a happy camper. No pain, no gain? All pain, all gain was more like it.
However, I have lost 2 inches off my natural waist and 2 inches off my navel waist in the past two weeks as well as running my first sub 30 5k (couldn't run more than 5 minutes straight 3 weeks ago) and am down to 25:32 5k as of yesterday!
