Heart rate NSV

Went to the doctor's today and my resting heart rate is down to 49 beats per minute (I don't get dizzy or faint at all) which is in the "athlete" range! Back in the day (before I lost weight and started exercising) it used to be around 75 bpm. Since I started exercising regularly I have been feeling so much stronger and the exercise has been feeling a lot easier. Now I know that's probably because my heart is becoming stronger :-) YAY!
