Cheap yoga mats that don't suck?

I have a $10.00 mat I bought at Marshalls and my hands & knees hurt when I do yoga on the wood floor. I think it's just not enough cushion.
I am looking for a new mat but everyone on the internet is recommending $80 Manduka or Jade mats. Nope to that. That's more expensive than 1 month of a gym or yoga membership like cmon man.
Anyone have recommendations for good mats under $30? What exercise mat do you use?

A second mat will help. I have two of the Gaiam mats from WalMart, but am thinking about investing in one of the more expensive ones. My top mat is about worn out after 2 years of use, and the nicer mats seem to last a lot longer.0
