Exactly as the title says. I received a scary letter today from a solicitor and i'm looking for some advice (free because i'm skint!).

I have my question ready to copy and paste if anyone feels generous enough to give me 5 minutes advice :-). I'm based in the UK and it's to do with a commercial property.
